What the final terms will cover

• Quotations, pricing and how long a quote is valid.
• Minimum order quantities: full pallet, full truckload or container.
• Payment terms and pro-forma invoices.
• Delivery, Incoterms for export orders, and risk and title.
• Inspection, shortages and claims, including cold-chain goods.
• Product specifications, imported and non-UK specification goods.
• Liability and governing law (England and Wales).
